George Hoover, New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology
Mechanical Engineering
George Hoover is a student at New Mexico Tech pursuing a M.S. in Mechanical Engineering. His research focuses on the development of mechano-luminescence based sensors for a variety of structural health monitoring applications. Mr Hoover previously worked as a maintenance engineer for Peabody Energy, during which time he became a CMRP.

Hello! My name is Kendall Miller and I am a junior studying Industrial Engineering with a minor in Reliability & Maintainability Engineering at the University of Tennessee Knoxville. Outside of the classroom, I’ve been blessed to intern with Nissan and Bell Flight. I love UT football, reading, and the outdoors. Go Vols!

Noah Burchell, University of Tennessee, Knoxville
Industrial Engineering
Noah Burchell is an Industrial Engineering Student at the University of Tennessee minoring in reliability and maintainability engineering and leadership studies. He has had several experiences in manufacturing including reliability engineering internships in the pulp and paper industry. Noah looks forward to bringing his leadership skills and knowledge gained from internships to a reliability engineering role in December 2021.
Higher Standards Scholarship
Aidan Hofeldt, North Idaho College
Aidan Hofeldt is an incoming freshman at North Idaho College in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. He is doing his general studies and will be playing men’s soccer for the North Idaho Cardinals. Aidan has always displayed a good mechanical aptitude, he enjoys rebuilding wrecked cars, learning to weld, and fabricating bee keeping equipment for his mother. Aidans hobbies include; snowboarding, mountain biking, gaming, and futbol.
