SMRPCO

In 1997, SMRP formed SMRPCO to create a certification program to validate the skills and knowledge of maintenance, reliability and physical asset management practitioners. Today, SMRPCO offers three certifications: CMRP, CMRT and CAMA. ‎

SMRPCO Exams



Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional ‎

The CMRP assesses a professionals’ aptitude within the five pillars of the SMRP Body of ‎Knowledge. ‎


Certified Maintenance & Reliability Technician

The CMRT assesses the proficiency of technicians responsible for preventative, ‎predictive and corrective maintenance.‎


Certified Asset Management Assessor ‎

The CAMA assesses an individual’s qualifications to be an auditor of asset management ‎systems. ‎

Certification Commission

SMRPCO is led by a Certification Commission elected by the certificants.

The SMRPCO Certification Commission develops procedures and policies for all activities related to certification. The current commissioners include:

Code of Ethics

SMRPCO certificants and exam candidates in pursuit of certification must pledge to ‎represent their profession ethically and honorably. Conduct by a certificant that is ‎detrimental to the SMRPCO Certification Program may result in revocation of ‎Certification. Please review the SMRPCO Code of Ethics for more information.‎
